Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted. Please allow for additional processing time around major sales or during holidays.
Domestic Shipping
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $75.
Local Delivery is available within Fallbrook. Please email us at hello@rootedinlovefarm.com for mutually available date, time, location.
You will receive tracking information when your order has been processed. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update. Please reach out directly to the carrier if you are having an issue with your tracking or delivery information.

Refunds & Exchanges
We take great care and attention in the creation of our products for our customers. We want you to have an incredible experience and enjoy your purchase.
Online Orders: All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our produce and our products (fresh product, plants, or used products) cannot be returned or refunded unless there was damage during shipment of an online order. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us via email at hello@rootedinlovefarm.com within 7 days of delivery.
