Warm oil for a few seconds. Using warm oil will allow for deeper penetration through your hair cuticles and seal them to keep your scalp moisturized.
Massage a few drops onto dry, clean hair from roots to tips. It is ineffective on dirty, unwashed hair.
Cover with shower cap for at least 30 minutes or overnight. This causes your pores and cuticles to open up, allowing for deeper penetration of the oils into your scalp and hair follicles.
Wash hair as usual.
Use 1-2 times per week. Too often can cause product build-up on your scalp. It may also clog your pores, attract dirt, and accumulate dandruff.
